At that time we had just closed our first full year of operations and in an industry where more than 95% of sites make far less than $100K per year, we had done far better than that – just with our golf site. So I guess I should have been elated. BUT , our business grew by 2.5x last year over our first full year and we are estimating 1.5x – 2.0x next year. (This excludes any revenue from our bricks and mortar store.)
I am absolutely convinced that without the strategic plan we would have only seen 20% - 30% growth.
